Our Clinical Care Co-ordinator works closely with the client and the family to design an individualised care plan. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives and / or provide some respite for families. We focus on your strengths and what makes you feel true joy and gives your life meaning. This may be through one on one visits in your home, a care facility, overnight care, or just so your full-time carer can have some respite.

Our nurses provide wound care, medication management, administration for injections, IV’s, management of chronic conditions, monitoring of vital signs, catheter care, diabetes management and more.

Our minibus comes with a dedicated bus driver who definitely brings good vibes. It’s the perfect vehicle for small group outings and fun adventures that make marvellous memories.

The bus is wheelchair accessible (1 chair) and has 9 additional seats or 11 seats (without a wheelchair). It’s full air conditioned and heated for long or short trips.
